We source single-origin cacao from small estates in Ecuador, Madagascar, and São Tomé — each with a distinctive flavour terroir that expresses the soil, climate, and culture of its origin.

Every bar is stone-ground, slow-conched for 72 hours, and tempered by hand to achieve the precise crystalline structure that gives our chocolate its characteristic snap, sheen, and melt.
